Overview: These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the attendance of participants (“Participants”) at the Multicultural Alliances Venture for Youth-MAVY Conferences (“Events”), organized by Multicultural Alliances Venture for Youth-MAVY, located in the United States.
General Information: The content on this website is intended for a broad audience and might not be applicable in all geographic areas. We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy and currency of the information presented here. However, Multicultural Alliances Venture for Youth reserves the right to modify the content at any time.
Eligibility: To attend the Multicultural Alliances Venture for Youth Conference, Participants must be 17 years or older at the time of registration.
Registration: Complete details must be provided during online registration at https://Mav-y.com/register.
Accuracy of Information: Please review the accuracy of your application details, including dietary or special access requirements, as errors cannot be attributed to MAVY.
Government Actions: Multicultural Alliances Venture for Youth will not be held liable for any actions taken by government or public authorities, including denial of attendance clearance.
Safety and Security: Delegates are responsible for their safety and security while in the host city. Multicultural Alliances Venture for Youth is not liable for loss, damage, or injury unless due to gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Registration Deadlines: Registrations are conducted solely through MAVY’s official website. Different categories have varying fees. No extension for registration deadlines, any changes will be communicated through MAVY’s social media. Delegates needing visa support documents should contact info@mav-y.com.
Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and design rights, related to MAVY’s website, content, and software are owned by or licensed to Multicultural Alliances Venture for Youth. Unauthorized distribution, modification, or use is prohibited without written permission.
Visa Support: Confirmed applicants needing Visa Support Letters will receive them from Multicultural Alliances Venture for Youth. These letters aid visa applications but do not guarantee issuance. Delegates must secure their visas promptly.
Payment Methods: Payments are exclusively accepted through the official website, www.mav-y.com. Multicultural Alliances Venture for Youth disclaims responsibility for payments made to individuals falsely claiming affiliation. Credit/debit cards or international wire transfers are accepted.
Code of Conduct: Registrants certify the accuracy of submitted information. Falsification disqualifies participation. Using Multicultural Alliances Venture for Youth’s name in a manner harmful to the conference or participants holds consequences. Multicultural Alliances Venture for Youth is not accountable for participant misconduct; individuals are responsible for adhering to host country laws.

Changes to the Event: Sometimes unexpected things might come up, and we might have to cancel, change the date, move it somewhere else, or do something different. If this happens, don’t worry, we’ll figure it out. If it’s really not possible, we’ll follow the rules we’ve set in our refund policy (MAVY Refund Policy).
Welcome to the Multicultural Alliances Venture for Youth (MAVY) program! By submitting your application to be a part of MAVY, you’re agreeing to the following simple and important terms:
- Application Fee: If you’re a Funded Delegate, the application fee is non-refundable and cannot be transferred, no matter what happens. This helps us manage things smoothly.
- Personal Information: Any personal info you share with us during the application process will be kept super safe in our database. We’ll use this info to talk to you about the program and for cool things we might do in the future.
- Media Consent: While the event is happening, we might take pictures and videos. These might be shown off on different places to tell more people about our program. If you’d rather not be in any pictures, videos, or interviews, just send us an email at registration@mavyouth.org.
- What You Need to Do: If you’re coming to the Multicultural Youth Summit, make sure to follow the rules of the place, the people hosting it, and the country it’s in. Let’s all have a great time together!
- Changes to the Event: Sometimes unexpected things might come up, and we might have to cancel, change the date, move it somewhere else, or do something different. - Who Gets Picked: A group of smart people will choose the Fully Funded Delegates. Whatever they decide is final and can’t be changed. So, if you apply, you’re agreeing to go with their choice.
- Your Agreement: By sending in your application, you’re telling us that you read, understood, and are good with these rules from MAVY. If you’re not okay with any of these rules, it’s best not to apply. If you have any questions or worries about these rules, just email us at info@mavyouth.org.
Remember: These rules might change sometimes. It’s up to you to keep up with any updates. We’ll do our best to let you know if things change, but it’s also a good idea to check every now and then.
